The Great Reclaimed Cashmere Scavenger Hunt goes on a ferry ride to Bainbridge Island, WA! Silver Star Trading Post just received a package of Haute Goat scarves (appliqués, stripes, argyles, cheetah print and solids). Silver Star Trading post is not your average consignment shop on Bainbridge, just up the street around the corner from the Winslow ferry dock. The store is FILLED with designer fashions. It's a boutique with everything at reasonable prices - you can find elegant evening wear, designer jeans, Eileen Fisher sweaters, leather jackets, cute shoes and boots, and of course cashmere scarves.
You will probably recognize the owners Deborah and Susan - they are the same women who owned Rancho Winslow where I sold scarves last year.
If you are in the neighborhood, or just in the mood to shop - it's definitely worth the trip!
