Happy Delusions in Renton is a hip shop with fabulous local designers and a very fun mix of stuff (from cards and artwork to kids costumes and reusable tote bags to kawaii purses and pasties)!

And if you need more excuses to go to Renton - within a block of Happy Delusions are: Naan & Curry (my favorite Indian food in the Seattle area), Calico Cheesecake, Renton Western Wear (you know you want new cowboy boots), and Renton Sewing Machine store (not only all the newest embroidery machines, but also used machines from Singer featherweights to commercial sergers - and parts and supplies!). Not to mention there are lots of antiques stores and other little unique finds. And then there's Value Village a couple of blocks away... Or just ask Mary, the owner of Happy Delusions (she [hearts] Renton). Renton is a happening place!
