Seattle is going through a bit of a renaissance of handmade gourmet ice creameries right now. Not a bad thing, I admit - especially since we already have good coffee, beer, bread, and chocolate. One of the new shops that has opened is called Fainting Goat (it is in Wallingford). They serve goat's milk gelato. A special treat for me since I can't eat regular ice cream! Although I must admit, having only one flavor (Mastic) that I don't really care for is a bit of a downer. To make up for it though (and to put them in the running for the best place to go on a hot day, they have the most awesome Pink Grapefruit Sorbet.
