I found an 18th century manor in France named "Le Haute-Chèvre".
It is not open to the public, so it is hard to find information on it. I did find that is in Saint-Amand, which is in Normandy (northwest of Paris). I also found a listing for an "Haute-Chèvre" in Villefargeau, which is southeast of Paris. I couldn't find a photo of either manor online - but here is the google map of the street in Villefargeau ...
